Seminar Pricing Details

The seminar includes an workbook for each attendee, a $15 value. The seminar fee structure consists of a booking fee paid by the church, and a per attendee registration fee, typically paid by the attendees, and travel and lodging for the lecturer.

Attendee Registration Fee

The attendee registration fee is $4 per session. Thus, a 3 session seminar has a per student registration fee of $12, etc. There is also a minimum required attendance, depending on the number of sessions, as shown in the table below. If less than the minimum number of attendees show up, the church is responsible for paying the registration fees up to the minimum requirement.

Booking Fee

The booking fee is a non-refundable fee of $700. However, if the attendance number exceeds the number shown in the table below, the booking fee is refunded after the seminar:

Travel & Lodging

Finally, travel and lodging expenses for the lecturer are the responsibility of the church, and will be billed immediately following the seminar. This is typically in the range of $50, but depends on your location and the duration of the seminar. Please contact us for a price for your location. Note: travel and lodging expenses are a very tiny fraction of the total cost of a seminar.
