Becoming What God
Intended is a life-changing experience that
spiritually transformed my life. When I began to immerse
myself into this workbook, my understanding of the Trinity was
radically transformed. My experience was even more
enhanced by listening to the tapes. I have never
encountered this much spiritual revelation in any other teaching or
reading before. I had amazing moments of joy working
through the material, answering the questions, and praying for God
to continue to revolutionize my thinking so that I might grow and
live a life of obedience out of love and gratitude for what God has
done for me.
Becoming What God Intended
has been a wonderfully powerful process of learning and applying
insight and inspiration from God’s word and character to my life.
I am coming to the conclusion that every believer needs to work
through this material, and these truths need to invade every small
group, discipleship class, new believer material, Sunday school,
youth group, pulpit, and church and individual heart. In
my 9 years as a Christian I have never heard with such clarity the
unconditional love and blessing of our Heavenly Father, my identity
and union with Jesus Christ, and the empowerment, indwelling, and
leading of the Holy Spirit.
I have spent many hours thinking over the material and still more
hours trying to communicate it back to others! I am very
grateful to have worked through this book and to have had this
class. I can say without a doubt that I have reached a
benchmark in my spiritual journey that requires a healthy
examination of my spiritual foundation personally and my ministry,
church, teaching and preaching. In fact, as a result of what I
have experienced, I have been compelled to lead my ministry and
leaders through this material in anticipation of a new and greater
understanding of God. I know He is going to move by opening
minds and hearts, resulting in lives of obedience in love and
gratitude.
It is obvious that this material has intellectually, emotionally,
and spiritually transformed me. My thought-life is
changing and turning to truth in the midst of struggling with past
sin, unmet expectations and obligations, family issues and
background, and even my financial spending habits are being
challenged. My hope is that as I continue to grow, study, and
learn about God, His character, His word, and His plan, that I will
understand His truth and peace more and more, and in turn
effectively communicate to others the life-changing message using
the truth taught in this book.
