The 5-Courses

The 5-courses have been developed by Dr. David Eckman who was a pastor for over 16 years and a former Vice-President and Dean of Western Seminary in the heart of the Bay Area, California, Sacramento, and Oregon. Now, these seminary-level courses are being made available to all. Train and equip yourself with powerful and high-impact materials by Dr. Eckman. Tens of thousands of pastors, small-group leaders, lay leaders and enthusiastic participants all around the world have been transformed by this material and have trained others.   Now there is a systematic and effective way for you to be trained too.

How does it work?

1) Determine what level of study you would like to enroll in (Bronze, Silver, or Gold)

2) Determine if you would like to do an independent study at your pace or take a class with Dr. Eckman which includes live on-line lectures

3) Register for the course

4) You will receive the book(s) for the course

5) You will be given access to the BWGI Learning Management System (BLMS) that will allow you to follow a weekly-guided learning path through:

• videos for each chapter

• exercises to check understanding

•questions for deeper reflection

•discussion with the other students in the class

6) The BLMS enables you to ask Dr. Eckman and the team questions which he will reply to via video through the BLMS.


What level should I register for?
 

Bronze

  • The Bronze Level is for those interested in personal enrichment or to go deeper into a particular book associated with a course.

Silver

  • The Silver Level is recommended for those that want to be a BWGI-recommended and endorsed facilitator either for a Small Group Ministry at a church or with an organization.

Gold

  • The Gold Level is recommended for Pastors, Missionaries or Church Leaders who want to become a BWGI recommended and endorsed teacher to effectively teach a BWGI Course. With Master Certification, you will get mentoring support from Dr. Eckman.
